Background: Paul Z. Oblisk (b. 1956) founded this company in 1985. He is famous for combining live-action and animation in his shows. The show that he is most famous for is Doug's Dear Journal starring a live-action boy Vince Martin (b. 1980) and an animated cartoon character named Doug Funnie. Oblisk also produced Peanut Butter and Jelly Otters (1987-2000), Dunbar Dog (1985-1990), and The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle (2011-present). The last two were also made by Oblisk's division, Viman Studios. In 2017 on the following of Paul Z. Oblisk's death, Vince Martin tookover as the founder of the company and David Smith (the co-creator of Mixels) became the co-founder of the company.

The animation of this logo was later used in the Rugrats episode "What The Big People Do". This logo also made a shocking appearance on one airing of that said episode.
